The Yoshiharu H-91 Traditional Japanese 7 Piece Carving Set is a premium collection of authentic Japanese wood carving tools designed for detailed woodworking, relief carving, woodblock printing, whittling, and fine craft applications. Manufactured in Japan by Yoshiharu, a respected maker of traditional carving tools for more than a century, this set combines exceptional craftsmanship with the precision and control that Japanese carving tools are renowned for.

The set includes seven carefully selected carving profiles, providing woodworkers and carvers with the versatility required for shaping, detailing, smoothing, and finishing tasks. The elongated handle design allows the tools to be held in a pencil-like grip, offering superior precision and control when working on intricate carvings and delicate details.

Each tool features a laminated steel construction consisting of a hard carbon steel cutting core supported by a softer outer steel layer. This traditional Japanese forging method creates exceptionally sharp cutting edges with excellent edge retention while maintaining durability and ease of sharpening.

The handles are crafted from traditional Japanese Cypress wood, valued for its lightweight feel, comfortable grip, and excellent balance. The natural wood construction enhances user control during extended carving sessions while maintaining the traditional aesthetic expected from authentic Japanese woodworking tools.

Supplied as a complete boxed set, the H-91 is ideal for beginners, hobbyists, professional woodworkers, woodblock artists, and carving enthusiasts seeking a versatile set of high-quality Japanese carving tools.
