Where applicable UK Law requires age verification at time of order and on delivery so if nobody over 18 is available to accept the order, the courier won't deliver it.
Orders returned to us due to nobody over 18 being available will be refunded minus the delivery charge, if the order was free delivery then we will refund the order minus a £5 fee for the failed delivery. (failed or not the courier still charges us).
We recommend getting any age verified items delivered to a place of work if possible.
ParcelForce deliveries can be collected from your local ParcelForce depot.
Royal Mail deliveries can be collected from your Royal Mail delivery office.
