Method of use:
Before use, immerse the stone in water for about 15 min or use oil for sharpening (for each stone sharpener use only one of the methods).
Hold the knife at an angle of 15°-30° to the stone. Maintain a constant angle while sharpening.
Move the blade forward and backward at the same speed, applying light pressure using the entire surface area of the stone.
The stone should be damp during sharpening.
When burrs appear, switch to the other side.
Finally, carefully clean the edge of the blade and the stone
