The QSP Penguin Workmate Glyde Lock Utility Knife is a compact and practical folding pocket utility knife designed around the popular Penguin platform. Using standard utility blade it comes with a lightweight ice cream blue FRN handle, Glyde Lock mechanism and useful everyday-carry features, the Workmate is built for practical cutting tasks while remaining compact enough for pocket carry.

This version features a FRN handle and a stainless steel blade, with QSP's Glyde Lock providing a secure locking mechanism. The ceramic ball-bearing mechanism allows smooth operation, while the reversible deep-carry stainless steel pocket clip provides flexible carry options.

The Penguin Workmate is fitted with a 60 mm stainless steel utility blade with an approximate 0.6 mm blade thickness.

The Glyde Lock is complemented by the knife's practical, compact construction, making the Penguin Workmate straightforward to carry and use as an use utility knife. The handle is made from ice cream blue FRN (fibreglass reinforced nylon) FRN provides a lightweight and durable handle material, helping the Workmate maintain its compact 84 g approximate weight while providing a practical grip for everyday use.

For convenient everyday use, the Workmate is equipped with a reversible deep-carry stainless steel pocket clip. The reversible design allows the clip to be configured for different carry preferences, while the deep-carry design helps keep the knife discreetly positioned in the pocket.
