Opinel No.114 Vegetable Knife Beechwood

The Opinel No114 Beechwood Vegetable knife has a curved blade and a serrated scraper on the opposite side of the cutting edge. It is used to clean organic young shoots and vegetables to retain all their vitamins. Simple, versatile and efficient, a small knife to make everyday cooking much easier.

The blade is Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with high carbon content for excellent cutting quality and good resistance to corrosion. The handle is made from tinted hornbeam that has been covered in a protective varnish for excellent resistance to water.
