Lansky Masters Edge Diamond Edition Sharpener

The Lansky Master's Edge All Diamond Knife Sharpener sharpens both straight and serrated knives. Includes a pair of both medium (400 grit) and fine (600 grit) diamond rods for sharpening and polishing. Three pre-set angles (17°, 20°, and 25°) allow you to sharpen any knife like a pro. Also included is 3-radius diamond triangular rod which will sharpen all types of serrations as well as awls and fish hooks. It has three pre-set rod angles designed to provide a precise edge:

17º Fine angle: for fillet and fine slicing
20º Fine angle: for slicing, butcher, paring and skinning knives.
25º Medium angle: for hunting, camping, utility and chef’s knives.
